Thoughts on Roe v. Wade

Five and a half years ago, the horrendous deaths of 3000 Americans provoked the launch of the War on Terror. Yet after over 30,000,000 deaths of our fellow citizens-to-be since 1973, one wonders whether the worse enemy is without or within.

Let us ask God's mercy, and let us especially ask for reconciliation with, and compassion for, those who have felt that abortion was the only way out of a difficult situation and now must live with the memory of that trauma. Let us pray that we may build a true Culture of Life.
