Interlude

I had hoped to begin writing more on the eight 'thoughts' or deadly sins, but between the completion of our visitation and my trip to the doctor, the time I would have liked to have had to write something intelligent was not available today!

In an odd way I was heartened by the visit to the hospital: in the orthopedic wing, everyone is getting better. It is a joy to see people having casts removed, doing their therapy, returning to health. As a doctor friend of mine once said, "God built you so that you do the healing yourself. We just try to help it along."

Speaking of healing, my shoulder and collarbone should not need surgery, praise God.
God's peace to you in Jesus Christ!
